Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using PRO Technologies' website (yourgreeter.com) and AI receptionist service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service. PRO Technologies is operated by Native Clothing Company LLC, registered in Oregon.

2. Description of Service

PRO Technologies provides an AI-powered receptionist service for businesses. Our AI receptionist answers phone calls, captures appointment information, takes messages, and forwards information to your business systems. The service includes:

  • 24/7 AI call answering and handling
  • Custom voice configuration matching your business
  • Integration with calendars and CRM systems
  • Call transcription and recording
  • Lead capture and appointment booking
  • Flexible minute allocations based on your plan

3. Account & Service Setup

Onboarding Process

Upon signing up, you will complete an onboarding process where you provide:

  • Business information and service details
  • Specific instructions for your AI receptionist
  • Integration information for connected systems
  • Call handling preferences and workflows

AI Customization

We build and customize your AI receptionist based on the information you provide. Your AI will be trained to reflect your business voice, values, and call handling preferences. Our team typically deploys your custom AI within 3–5 business days after account setup and all required information is provided.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all information provided to train your AI receptionist. We are not liable for errors or issues resulting from inaccurate business information you provide during setup.

4. Pricing & Payment

Service Plan

Our current pricing (all prices in USD):

$497/month

1,000 included minutes per month. Additional assistants available at $247/month with 650 included minutes.

14-Day Trial

New accounts include a 14-day trial period with 200 included minutes. A credit card is required to start the trial. Usage beyond 200 minutes during the trial period will be billed at the standard overage rate of $0.50/minute.

Billing & Payment

  • Billing occurs monthly on your anniversary date
  • Charges are automatically deducted from the payment method on file
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price increases will not apply to existing month-to-month agreements until your next renewal date.

5. No Long-Term Contracts

Our service is offered on a month-to-month billing basis. You are not locked into any long-term contracts.

  • Flexible Billing: You are billed monthly for ongoing service
  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your service at any time
  • 30-Day Notice: To cancel, provide 30 days' written notice via email to support@yourgreeter.com
  • No Early Termination Fees: There are no penalties for cancellation
  • Final Billing: Your final invoice will include charges through your cancellation date

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PRO Technologies' service only for lawful and legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for spam, harassment, or threatening communications
  • Engage in illegal activities or violation of any laws or regulations
  • Use the service to impersonate others or commit fraud
  • Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with our systems or infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of our AI
  • Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
  • Use the service in any way that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

You are responsible for ensuring all business information provided to your AI receptionist is accurate and compliant with applicable laws. Violation of these terms may result in immediate service termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property

PRO Technologies retains all rights to:

  • Our AI receptionist platform and technology
  • All software, algorithms, and source code
  • Our website and all content thereon
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand materials

Your Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of:

  • Your business data and customer information
  • Call recordings and transcripts of your calls
  • Appointment and lead information captured by your AI
  • Any custom instructions or business details you provide

License Grant

By using our service, you grant us a license to use the business information and data you provide solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and customizing your AI receptionist.

8. Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer

Our service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely reliable.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRO Technologies shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity
  • Costs of substitute services or goods
  • Missed calls due to service outages, technical failures, or force majeure events

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this clause may not apply to you.

9. AI Disclaimer

Our AI receptionist provides automated responses based on machine learning and programming. Please note:

  • Not a Substitute: Our AI is not a substitute for human judgment and is not qualified to provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice
  • AI Limitations: While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally misunderstand, misinterpret, or provide incomplete information
  • Continuous Improvement: We continuously train and improve our AI, but errors may occur
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for reviewing captured information and ensuring accuracy
  • Professional Guidance: Encourage customers to seek professional advice for legal, medical, or financial matters

10. Privacy

Your use of PRO Technologies is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to you via email or through our website. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically for changes.

12. Call Recording & Consent

Our AI receptionist records all calls for quality assurance, service improvement, and to provide you with call transcripts and analytics. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Recording Disclosure: Our AI receptionist will inform callers at the beginning of each call that the call may be recorded for quality and training purposes
  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that call recording complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws in your jurisdiction, including two-party consent states (such as California, Washington, Florida, Illinois, and others)
  • Caller Consent: By continuing on the call after the recording disclosure, callers are deemed to have consented to the recording
  • Data Handling: Call recordings are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@yourgreeter.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and PRO Technologies agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Lane County, Oregon. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PRO Technologies.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Lane County, Oregon, as an alternative to arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
